Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1 cocktail
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Tequila
- 1/2 oz Black Currant Absolut Vodka
- 1/2 oz Clarke's Court Pure White Rum
To mix
Mix all ingredients in a jug.
Serve in a shot glass
TROPICAL TEASER
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1 cocktail
- 1 oz Clarke's Court Special Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz Amaretto (almond liqueur)
- 4 oz Grapefruit Juice
To mix
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake for one minute.
Pour over ice
BEAUTY ON THE BEACH
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1 cocktail
- 1 oz Clarke's Court Pure White Rum
- 1 oz Southern Comfort
- 1 tsp Grand Marnier
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
To mix
Pour Clarke's Court Pure White Rum, Southern Comfort, Grand Marnier, lemon juice and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker, half filled with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into a cocktail glass and serve.
CARIBBEAN BREEZE
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1 cocktail
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1/4 oz Clarke's Court Superior Light Rum
- 1/4 oz Clarke's Court Rhythm Coconut Rum
- 4 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 splash Grenadine Syrup
To mix
Shake all the ingredients, except pineapple juice, in a glass with ice.
Fill with pineapple juice.
Garnish with a paw paw wedge and a cherry.

Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1 cocktail
- Clarke's Court Old Grog
- Ice
To mix
Mix Clarke's Court Old Grog is best served on the rocks or neat. Fill glass with ice. Pour Clarke's Court Old Grog over the ice.
Stir, taste, and enjoy.
CARIBBEAN SUNSET
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1 cocktail
- 1 1/2 oz Clarke's Court Superior Light Rum
- 1/2 oz Piña Colada Mix
- 1/2 oz Grenadine Syrup
- Pineapple Juice - to fill
To mix
Half fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
Pour Clarke's Court Superior Light Rum and Piña Colada mix over ice.
Fill glass to the top with pineapple juice.
Stir ingredients well.
Pour in Grenadine syrup and allow to settle at the bottom of the glass.
Garnish with an orange wedge and serve.
Garnish with a piece of fresh cut pineapple.
TIDAL WAVE
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1 cocktail
- 1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Clarke's Court Superior Light Rum
- 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
- 2 oz Orange Juice
- 2 oz Pineapple juice
- 1 dash Grenadine Syrup
- Clarke's Court Pure White Rum - to float
To mix
Pour gin, vodka, Clarke's Court Superior Light Rum and Peach Schnapps over ice into a collins glass.
Add orange and pineapple juices and a dash of Grenadine syrup.
Float Clarke's Court Pure White Rum on the top.
GRENADIAN KISS
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1 cocktail
- 1 oz Tia Maria (coffee liqueur)
- 1 oz Clarke's Court Superior Light Rum
- Ice cubes
- Milk to fill glass
To mix
Fill a tumbler with ice cubes.
Add Tia Maria and Clarke's Court Superior Light Rum.
Fill the tumbler with milk.
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Serve in a hurricane glass.
STRANGER AT THE BAR
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1 cocktail
- 1 1/2 oz Clarke's Court Superior Light Rum
- 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Apple Brandy
- 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
To mix
Half fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
Pour the Clarke's Court Superior Light Rum, vermouth, apple and cherry brandy into the mizing glass.
Stir well.
Pour into a cocktail glass.
Finish with a garnish of your choice.

History of Grenada Distillers
We the makers of Clarke's Court rum have been in operation since 1937. We are the largest and best-known distillery in Grenada. Our factory is situated in the southern part of the island, Woodlands Valley, which is in the parish of St George.
Clarke's Court rum derived its name from Clarke's Court Bay in Woodlands, which is a few minutes away from the factory.
Nick's Barrel House
Nickolas Neckles 1903 - 1972
Son of plantation owner, Phineas Neckles, who Beausejour Estate was the largest supplier of cane to the Grenada Distillers, the producers of Clarke's Court Rum.
Affectionately known as 'Nick', he was renowned for his outgoing personality and will always be remembered as a great friend and an entrepreneur.
In tribute to Nick, the 'Barrel House' is Grenada Distillers' way of welcoming you to enjoy the Clarke's Court experience.
